10 Questions for Christians: #8?

No I don't do good deeds to go to heaven, I do them because I like to help people. I prefer to do it anonymously if possible. It wouldn't help anyway, because my denomination teaches that we are saved by salvation alone - good works alone do not get you into heaven. I don't do bad deeds because, well, I don't want to for the most part. So, no, the threat of hell is not the only reason that I don't go on rampages. I don't because I have no desire to kill anyone, let alone a large amount of people. Even if I did have that desire, I wouldn't do it because I know it is wrong, not because I don't want to go to hell.
