Good amount to pay for rent in Chicago?

Hi!, Im looking for a apartment for 1-3 years in Downtown Chicago. I have 4k in the bank and was wondering If I could afford a $675/mo apartment downtown. I was also going to buy a car (GMC Terrain) when I got down there. My Job would make me 65-70k/yr. I was wondering if I could afford this. (please Factor in Cloths, Water, Food)
