"Tenten" or "Ten Ten"?

There used to be a show on when I was little, in the 90's called either "Tenten" or "Ten Ten". I'm not sure how it was spelled. From what I remember the main guy in the cartoon looked like Doug from the series "Doug". I think he was a secret spy. But I was just wondering if anyone knew what the real name of the show was and where I could find some pix of him.
