This is a ual question about me and my girlfriend.?

Alright well from the first time we ever started having she will get then it will start rubbing she says and it hurts her even when we go slow it still hurts. And just today she was nearing and then it started rubbing again weve tried different condoms just in case it was allergies but it wasnt and we use lubricant but it still rubs and hurts her no matter what even if i use my finger it is fine at first and she is always loving it then it just starts hurting. She gets very upset when this happens and today she started crying because it started rubbing she was enjoying it so much too. Please could someone let me know what i can do to fix this?
