I want a good gaming graphics card that's within 60$ .which should i buy?

i am not crazy about graphics in a game.i always play on medium settings.i like gameplay more than graphics.But some games donot run at all without a decent graphics card.i don't have a discrete gfx card,just the intel card(256mb).I want to upgrade to 512 mb with PCI express one.please help!!!
