Is the Ryobi Blue electric 750w planer any good.?

I'm a carpenter and just had some of my power tools nicked.I had the 4mm dewalt before but can't be laying out �200.00 out for a new one. The Ryobi is 750w which is powerful and only �75 quid. Any ideas? And it must be 110v.
