Head trauma 4 weeks ago. Have major head pain loss smell and sore neck.?

Also my ear hurts and may have fractured my skull . I never saw a Dr. I'M in lots of pain everyday. Should i go to the ER or wait until i can get a Dr appointment. Could take over a week. I also have drainage from ear and nose. What should I do
