Really heartbroken over guy...?

So i went out with this guy and we really liked eachother. But then i broke up with him. Later we became good boy and girl friends. He kept asking me out but i said no. But now i realise how much i like him. Like 5 months later my best friend has been crushing him for a long time and now they always send eachother kissy faces. He never hits me up but he usually hits her up. I really dont wanna keep this up. And i know my best friend is way more attractive than me but people say im better looking. What should i do??
