Sky+HD Viewing Problems?

I have a AMSTRAD Sky+HD box and have the full package including the HD pack. I was watching the cricket on Sky Sports HD1 when i noticed the picture would keep freezing up and becoming jerky. However when I watch on SD Sky Sports 1 the picture is fine. I really need help as I've never had this problem before and SKY have been no help at all.
