What are the chances that i'm pregnant?

i have had the implant in for nearly 2 years and have been having periods every 3 mths till march when i had a fall and bashed my arm where the implant is on the stair gate since then i have had a period every mth again but this mth my period hasnt come and today i am being really sick but i dont feel ill so i'm pretty sure it's not a bug what are the chanes that i could be pregnant while using the implant
