Which web-based email is best for use on a regular(not smart) cell phone?

I just have a regular cell phone, not a smart phone. Big on my list of webmail must haves is the ability to delete an email without actually having to open the email(but, say, checking a box next to the email). This rules out gmail. Is there a web-based email that works great on regular cell phones?
